Vision is to make Energy transition to 100%
clean, green and renewable.
To be leader in training and skill development in Energy sector by promoting clean and green energy through training and skills development and by undertaking research in the area of Policy, regulations and standards.
There are many steps in the project life cycle and asset management. First step is the right survey/feasibility to know what are the actual needs and risks. After understanding the real needs, the second step is to design and engineer the system as per the requirements while taking care of all the risks. The third step is to procure the components of the system as per the specifications of the design and the fourth step is the installation and commissioning of the system and fifth step is the operation and maintenance and the final step is the performance evaluation that is the system operating as per the design or not. At each step training and research are needed to achieve superior performance.
Energy training and research center (ETRC) is a not-for-profit organization that emerged out of the merger of already well-established energy training center and prenac www.prenac.org in order to have one integrated platform with the addition of research area to enhance its capacity toward full energy training and research portfolio. Energy training focus will be toward green, clean, and fossil-free energy, and research focus will be on energy policy, regulations, markets, and standards.
Focus of ETRC is Energy Training and research to train and find solutions to the problems in Energy sector.
